Promising Young Woman Conversation

(*Trigger Warning* topics of sexual assault and suicide will be discussed) This episode is a conversation about the film Promising Young Woman that was put on by Tiger Live in partnership with the IVP office on campus and It’s On Us. It is intended to be a dialogue about the film and the ways it addressed some important ideas about sexual violence and secondary survivors as well as some ways in which it fell short. In this episode you are going to be hearing from Dr. Crystal Cordes who is the outreach and consultation coordinator at Clemson CAPS and a part of the CU Cares team working with survivors of trauma, and Lauren Parker and Batse Smart who are the Interpersonal Violence Response Coordinators who provide services to survivors on Clemson’s campus as well.
